158.010 Uniform school system to be maintained -- Variations.
Download pdf(2) Local school districts may, with approval of local boards of education, provide special programs and services to one (1) or more areas of the district in contrast to
other areas where the variation is a reasonable one based on an attempt to equalize
the education progress of the students within the district. Effective: July 13, 1990

liberties safeguarded in the Constitution of the United States.
