150.690 Wrongfully entering park and injuring or killing deer, elk or buffalo -- Treble damages.
Download pdfkeeping deer, elk or buffalo, or hunts, drives, chases, takes out, maims or kills any deer,
elk or buffalo therein shall, in addition to any other penalty, also pay to the person
aggrieved treble the amount of damages sustained. Effective: July 15, 1980
