146.555 Legislative finding. The General Assembly hereby recognizes the benefit to the citizens of Kentucky of the <br>acquisition and maintenance of certain lands for use as state parks, recreation areas, state <br>forests, nature preserves, wildlife management areas, and wetlands. It is, therefore, in the <br>public interest to promote and fund the conservation of such areas. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 446, sec. 1, effective July 13, 1990.
