146.525 Attorney General to bring legal action. Upon the commission's request, it shall be the duty of the Office of General Counsel of <br>the Department of the Attorney General, to bring any appropriate legal action in the name <br>of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including but not limited to, actions for restraining <br>orders, or for temporary or permanent injunctions for the prevention or correction of <br>conditions which constitute a violation of KRS 146.410 to 146.530 or the provisions of <br>the articles of dedication. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 118, sec. 25.
