146.507 Acquisition or dedication of less than a fee simple estate in land. Where the acquisition or dedication of less than a fee simple estate in land is proposed, <br>and the mineral estate is severed from the surface, the consent of the owner of the mineral <br>estate shall be provided to the commission prior to approval of the acquisition or <br>dedication.
