146.430 Director of commission.

146.430 Director of commission. (1) In order to effectuate and administer KRS 146.410 to 146.530, the commission may hire a full-time director, who shall be qualified by training and experience to <br>perform the duties of this office and carry out the purpose of KRS 146.410 to <br>146.530, and who shall hold office at the pleasure of the commission. The salary of <br>the director shall be determined by the commission. The director shall, upon the <br>advice and consent of the commission, employ and fix the compensation of such <br>personnel as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of KRS 146.410 to <br>146.530. (2) The director shall, upon the advice and consent of the commission, provide for the allocation of the work and activities of all employees of the commission. History: Created 1976 Ky.
