146.320 Component of Wild Rivers System may be included in federal system. Nothing in KRS 146.200 to 146.360 shall preclude a component of the Wild Rivers <br>System from becoming a part of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. The <br>secretary for energy and environment is directed to encourage and assist any federal <br>studies for inclusion of Kentucky streams in the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. <br>The secretary for energy and environment may enter into written cooperative agreements <br>for joint federal-state or interstate administration of a Kentucky component of the <br>National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, provided such agreements for the <br>administration of water and land uses are not less restrictive than those set forth in KRS <br>146.200 to 146.360.
