146.310 State agencies to notify secretary for energy and environment of activities affecting stream areas. All state agencies shall, promptly upon June 16, 1972, inform the secretary for energy and <br>environment of any proceedings, studies, or other activities within their jurisdictions, and <br>regardless of by whom requested, which are now in progress and which affect or may <br>affect any of the streams specified in KRS 146.241. They shall likewise inform him of <br>any such proceedings, studies or other activities which are hereafter commenced or <br>resumed before they are commenced or resumed.
