CHAPTER 106 ACQUISITION OF WATERWORKS BY CITIES AND WATER DISTRICTS
106.170 Additional bonds for extensions and permanent improvements.
Download pdfmay, at the time of issuing the bonds for such acquisition, provide for additional bonds
for extensions and permanent improvements to be placed in escrow and to be negotiated
from time to time as proceeds for that purpose may be necessary, or the water district or
city may, at any time, provide for the extension, addition or improvement of the
waterworks by an additional issue of bonds. Bonds placed in escrow shall, when
negotiated, have equal standing with the bonds of the same issue. Effective: June 17, 1954
