100.417 Powers of local government to deal with serious violations.

to believe that the existence of the binding element violation presents a serious threat to
the public health, safety, and welfare, or if in the absence of immediate action, the effects
of the binding element violation will be irreparable or irreversible. Effective: July 15, 1998
