79.030 Intercity or intercounty commission -- Membership -- Compensation -- Votes -- Powers.

according to the provisions of KRS 79.010 to 79.070. Such a representative or
commissioner shall receive no compensation except in those cases where traveling
expense is involved. (2) Each commissioner shall have one (1) vote, except in the case of a tie vote, at which time the chairman shall cast two (2) votes. The commission shall determine the
policies of the intercity or intercounty compact in accordance with the provisions of
