CHAPTER 67A URBAN-COUNTY GOVERNMENT
67A.912 Definitions.

67A.912 Definitions. As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise: <br>(1) &quot;Authority&quot; means a local parking authority as created by KRS 67A.914. <br>(2) &quot;Commissioner&quot; means a person appointed to serve on the governing body of a local parking authority. (3) &quot;District&quot; means an area designated by the ordinance creating, under the supervision of the local parking authority, a local parking district that is deemed to be specially <br>benefited. (4) &quot;Subdistrict&quot; means a part of a district having a different degree of benefit from the remainder of the district. (5) &quot;Local legislative body&quot; means the governing body of any urban-county government whether it be designated as a city commission, city council or any other similar <br>designation. (6) &quot;Project&quot; means any undertaking within or near a local parking district. Effective: June 19, 1976 <br>History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 287, sec. 10, effective June 19, 1976.
