62.130 Adoption of proceeding by other sureties or personal representative. The remedy given to the surety by KRS 62.090 to 62.120 may be adopted by his personal <br>representative. Any surety in the bond may, at any time before the final action upon the <br>motion, unite with the movant and ask for the same relief. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
