42.4586 Transfers from local government economic development fund to secondary wood products development fund. (1) Five percent (5%) of the moneys remaining in the local government economic development fund following the transfer of moneys to the local government <br>economic assistance fund provided for in KRS 42.4585 shall be transferred into the <br>secondary wood products development fund created by KRS 154.47-070 for the <br>purposes of KRS 154.47-015 to 154.47-070. (2) Moneys transferred into the secondary wood products development fund under subsection (1) of this section shall not be subject to any other provision of KRS <br>42.450 to 42.495.
