CHAPTER 35 MILITARY JUSTICE
35.680 General misconduct.
Download pdfof good order and discipline in the National Guard or active militia and all conduct of a
nature to bring discredit upon the National Guard or active militia, of which persons
subject to this code may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special, or
summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be
punished at the discretion of that court. However, cognizance may not be taken of and
jurisdiction may not be extended to any offense which constitutes a felony under the laws
of this state without a prior written waiver by the Commonwealth's attorney of the county
