18A.037 New system of job classification and compensation.
Download pdfNovember 15, 1997. The system proposed by the commissioner shall be developed
using a nationally-recognized system for evaluating job requirements. The proposed
system shall determine the requirements of each job classification by using factors
such as, but not limited to, knowledge, skill, effort, responsibility, accountability,
problem solving, discretion, challenge, and working conditions, to ensure pay equity
as required by KRS Chapters 337 and 344. (2) The commissioner shall include, as a part of the proposal, estimated funding requirements for the implementation of the system. Effective: July 15, 1998
