6.754 Prohibition against employment of and certain other conduct relating to members of a legislator's family -- Exception -- Penalty.

government. (4) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to a member of a legislator's family who is employed or appointed to an office or position in the legislative branch of
state government prior to the legislator's election to the General Assembly or prior
to February 18, 1993. (5) Violation of this section is ethical misconduct. Effective: September 16, 1993
