6.734 Prohibition against disclosure or use of confidential information -- Penalty.

economic interest or that of another person. Information shall be deemed confidential if it
is not subject to public disclosure pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS
61.872 to 61.884, at the time of its disclosure or use. Violation of this section is a Class D
felony. Effective: September 16, 1993
