645.010 Title of chapter. This chapter may be cited as the Mental Health Act of The Unified Juvenile Code. Effective: July 1, 1987 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 146, effective July 1, 1987. Legislative Research Commission Note.
