362.2-908 Changes and amendment to application for certificate of authority. If the statement in the application for registration of a foreign limited partnership was false when made, or any arrangements or other facts described in the application have changed, making the application false in any respect, then the foreign limited partnership shall file with the Secretary of State a certificate in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State, signed by a general partner, correcting the statement.
