362.2-210 Annual report for Secretary of State. (1) A limited partnership subject to this subchapter or a foreign limited partnership authorized to transact business in this Commonwealth shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing an annual report that states: (a)  The name of the limited partnership or foreign limited partnership and the state or country under whose law it is organized; (b)  The street address of its designated office or, if a foreign limited partnership, the street address of its principal office; and (c)  The street address of the limited partnership's registered office and the name of its registered agent at that office. (2) Information in an annual report shall be current as of the date the annual report is delivered to the Secretary of State for filing. (3) The first annual report shall be delivered to the Secretary of State between January 1 and June 30 of the year following the calendar year in which a limited partnership was formed or a foreign limited partnership was authorized to transact business. Subsequent annual reports shall be delivered to the Secretary of State between January 1 and June 30 of the ensuing calendar years. (4) If a filed annual report contains an address of a designated office or the name of a registered agent or registered office address which differs from the information shown upon the records of the Secretary of State immediately before the filing, then the differing information in the annual report is not considered a statement of change under KRS 362.2-115.
