362.605 Suits by and against partnerships -- Effect of judgments. (Effective until January 1, 2008) A partnership may sue or be sued in its common name. A judgment by or against a partnership shall bind the partnership as if it were a legal entity. A judgment against a partnership shall not bind a partner in his individual capacity except to the extent permitted by KRS 362.220. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Repealed 2006 Ky.
