352.550 Coercion of trade of miners prohibited. (1) No mine operator shall require any employee to deal with or purchase merchandise of any kind from any person at any place. (2) No such employer shall exclude from work, punish or blacklist any employee for failure to deal with or purchase merchandise of any kind from any person or at any place. History: Amended 1972 Ky.
