341.595 Governor to apply for advances from federal unemployment account. The Governor is hereby authorized to apply for advances to the credit of this state's account in the unemployment trust fund from the federal unemployment account in such fund as provided for in Title XII of the Social Security Act when the balance of this state's account requires such action.
