336.1663 Arbitrators -- Relationship to department and parties. (1) Persons listed on the roster: (a)  Shall comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner pertaining to arbitration and ethical standards and procedures; and (b)  Who are selected or appointed to hear arbitration matters do not become employees of the Department of Labor by virtue of their listing, selection or appointment. (2) Following selection or appointment, the arbitrator's relationship is solely with the parties, except that arbitrators are subject to the fee schedule and reporting requirements set forth in subsection (1)(d) of KRS 336.1662. Provided that, the commissioner may appoint in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 18A such persons as he deems necessary to provide the services described in KRS 336.1662 to 336.1664. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
