330.990 Penalties. Any person who willfully violates any provision of KRS Chapter 330 or any rule or regulation promulgated in accordance with KRS Chapter 330 shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both.
