322.420 Disposition of fees paid to the board. All fees paid to and collected by the board under the provisions of this section shall be deposited in a depository designated by the board and disbursed only at the direction of the board. The officer or employee of the board who shall be designated to collect and disburse the funds represented by such fees shall be required to execute a bond, with corporate surety, in an amount to be determined by the board and reasonably calculated to cover the aggregate of such fees for a period of one (1) year.
