322.100 License fees. The license fees for professional engineers and professional land surveyors shall be established by administrative regulation promulgated by the board. If the board refuses to issue a license to any applicant, the initial fee deposited shall be retained as an application fee. Effective: January 1, 1999 History: Amended 1998 Ky.
