2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .115   Renewal of mandatory certificate.

314A.115 Renewal of mandatory certificate. A person applying for renewal of his mandatory certificate shall show evidence of completion of continuing professional education in respiratory care as prescribed by the board in administrative regulations.
