304.48-230 Authority for administrative regulations for subtitle. The executive director may promulgate reasonable administrative regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this subtitle that he deems necessary for the proper administration of this subtitle. Nothing in this subtitle nor any administrative regulation adopted under the authority of this subtitle shall require any liability self-insurance group formed by public entities or its members, to take any action in violation of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch.
