304.41-120 Annual examination. The executive director shall make an examination into the affairs of the association at least annually. Such examination shall be conducted and the report thereon filed in the manner prescribed in KRS Chapter 304, Subtitle 2. The expenses of such examinations shall be paid by the association in the manner prescribed by that said subtitle. Effective: June 17, 1978 History:Created 1978 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
