304.32-110 Certificate of authority -- Renewal date. No corporation subject to the provisions of this subtitle shall transact any business in this state unless it shall first procure from the executive director a certificate of authority stating that the requirements of the laws of this state have been complied with and authorizing it to do business. The certificate of authority shall expire on the last day of February of each year and shall be renewed annually if the corporation has continued to comply with the provisions of this subtitle. Effective: June 18, 1970 History:Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 32, sec. 11, effective June 18, 1970. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
