304.17A-633 Executive director to report to Interim Joint Committee on Banking and Insurance and to Governor -- Contents of report. The executive director shall report every six (6) months to the Interim Joint Committee on Banking and Insurance, and to the Governor on the state of the Independent External Review Program. The report shall include a summary of the number of reviews conducted, medical specialties affected, and a summary of the findings and recommendations made by the independent external review entity. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch.
