304.14-660 Administrative regulations relating to short-term nursing home insurance policies. The executive director shall promulgate administrative regulations that include standards for full and fair disclosure setting forth the manner, content, and required disclosures for sale of short-term nursing home insurance policies, terms of renewability, initial and subsequent conditions or eligibility, nonduplication of coverage provisions, coverage of dependents, pre-existing conditions, termination of insurance, continuation of conversion, probationary  periods,  limitations,  exceptions,  reductions,  elimination  periods, requirements for replacement, recurrent conditions, and definitions. Effective: July 15, 2002 History:Created 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 304, sec. 3, effective July 15, 2002. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch.
