304.13-360 Investigatory powers of the executive director. (1) The executive director shall make such investigation as he deems necessary or convenient for proper determination regarding an appeal. (2) The books, accounts, papers and records of every fire protection classification advisory organization or insurer which makes its own rates, operating in the Commonwealth, shall be available to the executive director for inspection and examination. By notice and order, the executive director may require their production or the production of verified copies at such time and place as he designates, any expense incurred to be borne by the rating organization or insurer so ordered. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
