293.050 Removal of commissioner from office -- Suspension. Each commissioner holding office by appointment of the Governor may be removed from office by the Governor, for cause, after a public hearing, and may be suspended by the Governor pending the completion of the hearing. Each commissioner before entering upon his duties shall take and subscribe an oath to perform the duties of his office faithfully, impartially and justly to the best of his ability. A record of the oath shall be entered in the minute book. Effective: July 1, 1972 History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 368, sec. 5, effective July 1, 1972.
