286.7-990 Penalties. Any corporation or person which willfully violates any provision of KRS 286.7-410 to 286.7-600 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
