286.7-600 Certification of corporations qualifying on June 14, 1962. Any corporation which on June 14, 1962, was authorized under the authority of this subtitle (1960 or prior editions) to engage in the industrial loan business shall retain such right, and a renewal certificate shall automatically issue to such charter holder upon application or request and upon payment of the fees provided in KRS 286.7-410 to 286.7- 600. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 166, sec. 16. Formerly codified as KRS 291.600. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/12/2006). In accordance with 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 247, secs. 38 and 39, this statute has been renumbered as a section of the Kentucky Financial Services Code, KRS Chapter 286, and KRS references within this statute have been adjusted to conform with the 2006 renumbering of that code.
