274.250 Application of foreign professional service corporation for a certificate of authority. The application of a foreign professional service corporation for a certificate of authority for the purpose of rendering professional services shall include a statement that all the individual shareholders, not less than one half (1/2) of the directors, and all the officers other than the secretary and treasurer are licensed in one (1) or more states or territories of the United States or the District of Columbia to render a professional service described in the statement of purposes of the corporation.
