274.087 Merger or consolidation. (1) A professional service corporation may merge or consolidate with another corporation, domestic or foreign, only if every shareholder of each corporation is qualified to be a shareholder of the surviving or new corporation. (2) Upon the merger or consolidation of a professional service corporation, if the surviving or new corporation, as the case may be, is to render professional services in this state, it shall comply with the provisions of this chapter.
