262.742 Vacancy on board of directors. A vacancy on the board of directors of a watershed conservancy district shall be filled by the board of supervisors. Effective: June 16, 1960 History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 96, sec. 3, effective June 16, 1960.
