262.300 Board may conduct research work. The board may conduct surveys, investigations and research relating to the character of soil erosion and the preventive and control measures needed, publish the results of the surveys, investigations or research and disseminate information concerning such preventive and control measures. No district shall initiate any research program except pursuant to a cooperative agreement entered into between the agricultural experiment station and the district.
