262.190 When subsequent petitions may be filed after denial. After the expiration of six (6) months from the date of entry of a determination by the commission, denying a petition for a proposed district, subsequent petitions covering the same or substantially the same territory may be filed and action taken thereon in accordance with KRS 262.100 to 262.180.
