2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .990   Penalty.

253.990 Penalty. Any person who knowingly alters or defaces the marks or brands on any cattle not his own, without the consent of the owner, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200), or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both.
