247.228 Advisory subcommittees -- Membership. The North American International Livestock Exposition Executive Committee shall have six (6) advisory subcommittees which shall provide advice and recommendations to the committee regarding exposition matters. These subcommittees shall be the Dairy Advisory Subcommittee, the Beef Advisory Subcommittee, the Sheep Advisory Subcommittee, the Swine Advisory Subcommittee, the Equine Advisory Subcommittee, and the Consultant Advisory Subcommittee. The livestock subcommittee memberships shall be determined by the respective dairy, beef, sheep, swine, and equine breed associations approved to participate at the exposition, except that no breed association shall appoint more than three (3) of its members to the appropriate subcommittee. The consultant advisory subcommittee membership shall be determined by invitation of the State Fair Board and shall be no more than eight (8) people who are experienced or knowledgeable in skills which would assist in the management of the exposition.
