235.330 Moneys collected to be credited to the fish and game fund. (1) All moneys collected under the provisions of KRS 235.080, 235.130, and 235.220, except that specified for distribution to the county clerks or Transportation Cabinet, shall be paid into the State Treasury in the manner prescribed by law and credited to a special fund known as the fish and game fund. (2) Appropriations for the operation of the Division of Law Enforcement may also be made from the general expenditure fund. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky.
