2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .250   Duty of Attorney General.

230.250 Duty of Attorney General. When requested by the authority, the Attorney General of Kentucky, or an assistant Attorney General as he or she may designate, shall, without additional compensation, advise the authority and represent it in all legal proceedings. Effective: July 13, 2004 History: Amended 2004 Ky. Acts ch. 191, sec. 6, effective July 13, 2004. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 184, sec. 5, effective June 16, 1960.
