229.051 Bond of permittee -- Condition. Before a permit is granted to any person to hold, promote, or act as a booker for a professional boxing or a wrestling match or exhibition, the applicant shall file with the authority a bond in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000), to be approved as to form and the sufficiency of the sureties by the authority, conditioned for the payment of the tax imposed by KRS 229.031. Upon the approval of the bond, the authority shall issue to the applicant a certificate of filing and approval, which shall be filed by the applicant with the authority, with the application for the permit.
