224.01-105 Eligibility limitations on commission membership. No person shall be eligible to serve as a member of the Environmental Quality Commission who holds a permit for any purpose issued by the cabinet or who is an officer, employee or agent, or who is a stockholder owning 7.5 percent or more of the voting stock of any corporation or organization holding a permit issued by the cabinet for any purpose, or who is an officer, employee, or agent of any trade association which represents any person, corporation or organization holding a permit issued by the cabinet for any purpose.
