206.120 Pensioner to furnish annual certificate. Once each year every pensioner shall furnish, in addition to the usual voucher, a certificate from the county judge/executive of the county where he resides, to the effect that the holder of the pension certificate is the person to whom it was issued and that to the best of his knowledge or belief there has occurred no changes in the financial condition which would render the pensioner ineligible to receive a pension.
